Aluminum Mesh Grease Filter

Washable filters to retain dust and grease particles in the environment for control machine rooms.

The filter media consists of individual layers of unfolded aluminum mesh joined by a glue. The air inlet and outlet support grilles are made of expanded metal. It has a metal frame and a screen reinforcement or mesh deployed as required.

The filter media is arranged in such a way that the major openings are on the side where the air enters and those with the smaller openings are on the side where the air comes out; this design allows contaminants to be trapped through the entire depth of the filter and not just on the surface. This filter is washable and reusable.

Applications: Domestic use (kitchen), industry, extractors, control machine rooms, among others.
